It made total sense to help others have that opportunity too, so they opened their own Butcher Shop using only ethical, locally raised, and high-quality meats.

Local Parts is also a specialist in charcuterie and has perfected its own interpretation of classics using local meats – along with a large range of pickles, sauces, rubs, and other packaged goods for you to boost your own home cooking experiences.
