Little Spoon Farm started with a mission to improve the local food system on the island of Bali, by reconciling the connection between farmers, nature and consumers.
We have worked closely with founder Audria to create a regenerative farming system on our rooftop Food Forest – a method of growing and harvesting fresh fruit and vegetables that gives back to the earth as much as it takes. It is the only sustainable way of farming that secures the future of our soil and indeed the future of food.
