Herbivore is a vegetation takeover of Locavore’s original restaurant venue in downtown Ubud.
Local plants run rampant across seasonal tasting menus to provide a wildly different “all flora, no fauna” experience of our local-ingredients-only philosophy.
Guests can choose from a five (lunch only) or seven course tasting menu created by chef Arnaud, with a rice-based alcoholic beverage pairings or a seriously crafted non-alcoholic pairing.
